What Is Obesity?

Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has added to the extent that it may have a negative effect on our health. Obesity is an epidemic in an India; this condition puts people at a higher risk for some serious diseases. Obesity is defined as having a body mass index of 30 or more. Due to the obesity, infertility occurs in both men and female which cannot be easily treated once it will be occurred.
